How can I edit or delete my travel plans?
If your travel plans change, you can edit or cancel an existing trip using the app or internet banking. Otherwise get in touch by calling or visiting a branch.
App:
- Log on and tap the Profile icon.
- Select Overseas travel and follow the prompts.
Internet banking:
- Log on.
- Navigate to Services > Service request > Overseas travel.
- Click on the 3 dots next to your trip and select ‘Edit’ or ‘Delete’.
- Amend your details and select ‘Save’.
