To register for Internet and Mobile Banking, complete and return the relevant application form. By registering for Internet Banking, you automatically get access to Mobile Banking and will have the option to set up SMS Banking.

VerifID is an effective and convenient form of enhanced authentication, using a telephone of your choice that provides an additional layer of security for BPAY®, Batch Payments and money transfers. At the time of making some money transfers, you will receive an automated call to your nominated home, work or mobile number which provides you with the VerifID code to complete your transaction. All you need to do to complete the transaction is simply enter the VerifID code into the Internet banking screen.

The car should be less then eight years old and for personal use only.
The motorcycle should be less then seven years old at the end of the loan term. Please note that only on-road and dual purpose motorcycles are accepted as security for a Personal Loan.
To be used as security this account must be held with the Newcastle Permanent. If you would like to transfer your Term Deposit to the Newcastle Permanent please contact our Member Support Centre on 13 19 87.
If the property is mortgaged, the mortgage must be held with the Newcastle Permanent to be accepted as security. If you would like to transfer your Mortgage to the Newcastle Permanent please contact our Member Support Centre on 13 19 87.
Financial statements for the past two financial years will be required to support your application.
Please note that unemployment benefits are not accepted as eligible income to apply for a Personal Loan. You may contact our Member Support Centre directly on 13 19 87 for further clarification on acceptable sources of income.
Acceptable Pension type: Aged, Disability, Veterans Affairs and Carers. If you are receiving any other type of pension you may not be eligible for a Personal Loan. Please contact our Member Support Centre on 13 19 87 to discuss your eligibility.
