How do I remove my online access?

You can remove your online access by calling us on 13 19 87, visiting us in a branch, or in the app (NPBS Mobile Banking on Google Play or NPBS Banking on the App Store). Before you do, it’s important to understand what this means.

Without online access, you can't use the app and internet banking to:

  • View and manage accounts, cards, statements, or transactions
  • Transfer money (Osko®, Pay Anyone, BPAY® or between your accounts)
  • Manage payment limits, schedule payments, PayTo®, PayIDs® or data sharing
  • Manage alerts and notifications, PINs, passcodes or passwords
  • Update contact details or manage devices.

Your accounts and cards will remain active. You can still manage them by calling us on 13 19 87 or visiting a branch.

How to remove your online access in the app

  1. Log into the app
  2. Tap ‘Profile', and then 'Security’
  3. Select 'Remove online access'
  4. Follow the prompts and confirm.

Once confirmed, you will lose your online access immediately and be logged out of the app.
