Joint accounts

Eligible joint account information can be shared to accredited providers by any account owner. Each account owner must meet all the eligibility criteria (ie: be over 18, have at least one open Newcastle Permanent account and be registered for our app or internet banking).

If one joint account owner decides they do not want to share the data on an account, they can update this information via the app or internet banking and make their account ineligible for data sharing. This means no account owner will be able to share data on the selected account.
