How do I stop sharing my data?

You can stop sharing your data any time. You have 3 different ways to do this. 

  1. Via your provider. You can log on to either your providers app or website and follow their prompts to cancel your data sharing arrangement directly with them
  2. Via your Newcastle Permanent app or internet banking. 
    1. App
      1. Log on
      2. Go to Profile
      3. Select Manage data sharing
      4. Select Data sharing arrangements 
      5. Select the data sharing arrangement you wish to stop via the arrow on the right hand side.
      6. Once the data sharing arrangement is open, select “stop sharing”.
    2. Internet Banking
      1. Log on to internet banking
      2. Navigate to Settings
      3. Select Manage data sharing
      4. Select Data sharing arrangements and follow the prompts
      5. Select the consent you wish to stop sharing data on and follow the prompts
