Hi, my name is Bernadette Inglis and I am the new Chief Executive Officer of Newcastle Permanent.

I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to lead a customer-owned organisation that shares my values.
My focus has always been, and will always remain, firmly on customers and the people in our communities.
Newcastle Permanent’s organisational values are what attracted me to this role, and I am committed to championing the customer-owned banking model.
