Earlier this year we announced a multi-year investment program for our branch network to deliver a fresh branch design that better supports our customers with their current and evolving banking needs.

We are introducing Concierge counters to our larger branches to greet you on entry and direct you to the team member who can best support your requirements. Our expert bars will provide a significantly improved experience and better serve your banking needs in different ways, whether it’s getting a quick answer on a query or sitting down for a relaxed conversation.

As part of the refresh, branches have also received updated digital community walls, new signage and fresh wall graphics using local scenery.

From the feedback we have received, our staff are loving their new spaces and the customers are too!

So far Coffs Harbour, Gosford, Wallsend, Raymond Terrace, Glendale and Mt Hutton have all received a make-over and we think the end result looks pretty great!
