UPDATE 03/04/17: The flood in Lismore has devastated the CBD, including our local branch, which will remain closed until we can assess the damage. Our local branch staff are helping with the clean up around town and will relocate our Ballina branch later this week to assist customers from there. If you need cash, our Lismore Shopping Square and Goonellabah ATMs are operating and customers can also access funds through any Westpac Group ATM^.

Following the severe flooding affecting the region, we’re offering a range of solutions and product concessions to help customers affected by the disaster.
Our CEO Terry Millett urged customers to contact their local branch team or the Customer Contact Centre to discuss their options.
“We have many customers in the flood affected areas and we want them to know that this package is here to help them – just call us to see which concessions apply, because it may reduce the pressure they’re facing now,” Mr Millett said.
Customers with insurance through Newcastle Permanent may be eligible for assistance with emergency accommodation or expedited claims for home, contents and vehicle insurance.
