Eligible loans must be approved and funded within the validity period of the loan offer.

Offers apply to eligible owner-occupied home loans only and do not apply to investment loans, Credit Facilities, Bridging Loans or online loan applications. Refinances of Greater Bank and Newcastle Permanent home loans are not eligible.

Eligible NEX customers may qualify for discounted interest rates on eligible Newcastle Permanent home loan products by meeting one of the following eligibility pathways:

Construction offer: Eligible customers building a new residential home with McDonald Jones Homes or Mojo Homes in the Hunter Region may receive a 0.05% p.a. discount on eligible variable rate construction loans. To qualify, customers must, during the offer period, request a quote for a new home construction contract, accept the tender and pay the tender acceptance fee within 7 days.

Refinancing offer: Eligible customers living in a home built by McDonald Jones Homes or Mojo Homes in the Hunter Region may receive a 0.05% p.a. discount on eligible variable rate home loans or a 0.10% p.a. discount on eligible fixed rate home loans. To qualify, customers must refinance a home loan of at least $250k from another financial institution, have an LVR of 80% or less, and provide evidence that the home was built by McDonald Jones Homes or Mojo Homes.

Complete by McDonald Jones offer: Eligible customers purchasing a Complete by McDonald Jones home in the Hunter Region may receive a 0.05% p.a. discount on eligible variable rate home loans or a 0.10% p.a. discount on eligible fixed rate home loans. To qualify, customers must have an LVR of 80% or less and borrow at least $250,000.

NEX Building Group employee offer: Eligible current employees of the NEX Building Group may receive a 0.05% p.a. discount on eligible variable rate home loans or a 0.10% p.a. discount on eligible fixed rate home loans when refinancing an existing home loan from another financial institution, have an LVR of 80% or less and refinance a loan balance of $250,000 or more. Applications must be submitted through a Newcastle Permanent lender. Newcastle Permanent may verify employment directly.
