Why am I unable to enable a secondary user on my account?

  1. Ensure the person is already linked to the account (and can perform transactions on the account) in one of these ways:
                a. Power of Attorney
                b. Authorised user (authorised signatory)
                c. Internet banking (full access)
                d. Secondary card holder of a credit card
  2. If the person is not appearing under your account within the Secondary User Data Sharing Dashboard, this may mean they do not meet the above criteria or are otherwise ineligible. Please contact us on 13 19 87 or visit a branch for further assistance.
