How do I know if we need to set up a Nominated Representative to share data on my business accounts?

If your business is a non-individual entity, a form will be required to set up your Nominated Representative. A non-individual is one of the following customer types:

  • Partnership (where all partners are 18 years or over)
  • Company
  • Association or Co-operative
  • Government Body
  • Trust

To set up a Nominated Representative the 'Open Banking Business Customer - Nominated Representative Authority' form will need to be completed and returned to us. Contact us on 13 19 87 or visit a branch to nominate a representative for your business.
