The following is a Memorandum of Understanding Member Poll Statement, by Newcastle Permanent Building Society Limited ACN 087 651 992 (NPBS).

We have asked our external member engagement company Morrow Sodali to provide survey customers with a link to this statement, confirming the legitimacy of the survey/interview. Between October 2021 and May 2022, Morrow Sodali will conduct a series of research surveys and interviews with randomly selected Newcastle Permanent customers.

This feedback will help us better understand how our customers feel about the proposed merger with Greater Bank. Research conducted by Morrow Sodali will never ask for any personally identifiable information.

Morrow Sodali is conducting member polling via phone interviews and an emailed online survey. Customers may also receive an email from Morrow Sodali reminding them of the invitation to participate in the research.

Phone interviews

Morrow Sodali uses a Sydney-based Call Centre to conduct the research.

When representatives from Morrow Sodali contact our customers they will identify themselves as calling on behalf of Newcastle Permanent Building Society.

They may call between 9am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 5pm Saturday (AEST time) from the following phone numbers:
