We’ve updated our Android™ Mobile Banking App (Version 1.4.0) in response to your feedback.

It’s already been a few months since the launch of our new website. We’ve been listening to your feedback and updated our Mobile App in response.

Our mobile app now provides the ability to access the full Internet Banking logon page from anywhere in the app. All you need to do is click the link ‘View Internet Banking’. This link is available across all of the pages within our Mobile App and on the Mobile Banking logon screen.

By selecting this link you will be navigated to the full Internet Banking logon page, which will make it easier for you to add billers and payees and edit pending payments.

How to access the App update:

  • To access this new version of the Mobile Banking App you must download it from the Google Play Store.
  • Members who are currently using the mobile app will be prompted to download the new version.
  • The NPBS Banking App for Android Version 1.4.0 is compatible with mobile devices running Android version 4.0 up to version 6.0.
