If you’d like to chat to us, you can send us a private Facebook message or give our Customer Contact Centre a call on 13 19 87.
If you need to discuss your accounts or obtain financial advice, we need to verify your identity. This can’t be done over social media, so please send a secure message via the app or internet banking, visit us in branch, or give us a call.
Our social media channels are a place for discussing what’s happening at Newcastle Permanent and Newcastle Permanent Charitable Foundation. We ask that you keep discussion on-topic and be respectful and courteous to others.
We reserve the right to amend, hide, or delete comments that we deem to be off-topic, offensive, defamatory, inappropriate, spamming, misleading, fraudulent, or trolling. We define trolling as any comment that’s deliberately inflammatory or aimed at upsetting other community members.
The first time a community member’s comments break these guidelines on one of our social media channels, they will receive a warning. Failure to comply with this warning may result in offending individuals being banned from that channel. We reserve the right to remove posts that we consider to be not adhering to these guidelines.
