APS 330 Public Disclosure was released in June 2013 and requires Newcastle Permanent to prepare regulatory disclosures that contain information that contributes to the transparency of financial markets and to enhance market discipline.

Capital Adequacy
Newcastle Permanent must prepare and disclose the Common Disclosure Template on an annual basis. The Common Disclosure Template discloses Newcastle Permanent Common Equity Tier 1, Tier 1 Capital and Tier 2 Capital, along with its total risk weighted assets and relevant capital ratios and buffers.
Newcastle Permanent must also provide a full reconciliation of all regulatory capital elements to the balance sheet in the audited financial statements.
