Capital Adequacy

Newcastle Permanent must prepare and disclose the Common Disclosure Template on an annual basis. The Common Disclosure Template discloses Newcastle Permanent Common Equity Tier 1, Tier 1 Capital and Tier 2 Capital, along with its total risk weighted assets and relevant capital ratios and buffers.

Newcastle Permanent must also provide a full reconciliation of all regulatory capital elements to the balance sheet in the audited financial statements.

Remuneration

Newcastle Permanent must prepare and disclose qualitative and quantitative information regarding its remuneration practices for senior managers and material risk takers on an annual basis.

Risk Exposures and Assessment

Newcastle Permanent must prepare and disclose quantitative information regarding its risk exposures, capital adequacy position and securitisation activities on a quarterly basis.

This includes detailed disclosures of Newcastle Permanent’s risk weighted assets, credit risk exposures, impaired facilities and securitisation activity undertaken during the period.
