Will it cost to attend Cinema under the Stars?
Our Cinema under the Stars events are free to attend for the whole family. It's our way of giving back to the communities that support us. There will be a couple of food vendors, however you are more than welcome to pack a picnic.
Can I bring my dog?
Our Cinema under the Stars events are pet-free events so we can ensure all of our attendees are comfortable and can enjoy the evening. Thanks for your understanding.
What happens if it rains?
We hope for clear skies, but our events can be impacted by mother nature. To get regular updates about the event and any weather impact, click 'interested' or 'going' on your local Cinema under the Stars event page on Facebook.
Can I bring food?
Yes, please feel free to prepare your own picnic to share with your friends and family, but please do not bring glass.
Can I bring a chair?
You're allowed to bring your own chair to all events with an exception of Gosford, however we ask that you sit in a designated area behind all attendees who are sitting on the ground.
What time does it start?
We have entertainment from 4:30pm in Matiland and from 5.30pm at all other events, with the movie starting at sundown. We can't wait to see you there!
Will there be food vendors?
Yes we will have food vendors available at our Cinema under the Stars events, but you're also welcome to bring your own picnic to the event.
Can I bring my pram?
Prams are allowed at all of our events. However we ask that all prams and chairs to sit in a designated area behind the attendees who sit on the ground.
Is alcohol permitted?
No, all of our Cinema under the Stars events are alcohol free events.
Are captions available?
Movies at all locations will include captions to ensure everyone in our community can enjoy the movie.

We require quality and reliable food vendors at these events. If you are interested in joining us please complete an enquiry form.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event we do not accept retail vendors such as glow sticks, market stalls etc. to minimise the outlay by families attending our free events.
As space is limited for vendors per site, the event organiser reserves the right to select the necessary vendors for each location.
