Andrew has over 33 years’ experience in the financial services industry, which includes 18 years’ experience in business banking. Andrew recognises the importance of delivering outstanding customer services and enjoys seeing local businesses succeed in their business growth and achievements.

Chris has 20 years’ experience locally in financial services, as a Branch Manager, Home Lender and in business banking. He has a genuine commitment to meeting more needs of more customers, and a passion for excellent customer service and making the complex simple. He enjoys supporting the success of local businesses, and being a part of thriving local communities.

Chris Shaw

Melanie has over 20 years of diversified experience in both finance and lending. She thrives off knowing her customers’ business needs are met, and enjoys the Relationship Management aspect of her role. Melanie is committed to delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Melanie Norman

Michael has over 16 years’ experience in the financial services and banking sector. He recognises the value and importance of delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys seeing local businesses continue to grow and be successful. He is also responsible for the continuous improvement of operations with the Business Solutions team.
