Receiving your statements online is fast, easy to use and good for the environment.

If the option of having less paper in your mailbox is appealing, Newcastle Permanent can help. Receiving your statement by email is fast, convenient and a great way to help the environment. 

Your statements will also be accessible in Internet Banking. Simply log on to Internet Banking and save your statements electronically on your computer for later use.

How do I start receiving statements by email?

To opt in for email statements you can simply call our Member Support Centre on 13 19 87 or visit one of our branches and provide us with your email address. This will automatically stop any paper statements from being sent to you.

How do I access eStatements on Internet Banking?

To register for Internet Banking, simply download a Personal Internet/Mobile Banking Registration application form from our website. Then return the completed form to us by email; fax to 02 4927 4475, or take it to your nearest Branch.

Once you are registered for Internet Banking and opted in to receive correspondence on  your accounts (by post or email) you can simply log on to Internet Banking to access your eStatements. 

Once you have logged on, simply select eStatements from the menu. Select the account for the eStatement you wish to view and select the date range. To view your eStatements for a longer period, you can use the Advanced Search link to select the start and end dates. Members opted in to eStatements are able to view the previous seven years of eStatements^. 

Please note: It’s not possible to get statements through Internet Banking only; depending on your selection  you will also receive them by post or email. 

When are eStatements made available on Internet Banking?

An eStatement will be available to view on Internet Banking approximately 5-10 days after the original statement has been issued. If this does not appear please contact the Member Support Centre on 13 19 87

How do I read my eStatement?

Your eStatement will be uploaded onto your Internet Banking as a PDF, which you can open by double clicking on the attachment. You can save these statements on your computer for later use.

You will need Adobe Acrobat» to view or print the statement.

How do I order eStatements?

You can order a once-off statement for an account of your choice for the period between your last statement and the request date. You can do this by logging into Internet Banking, select Other Services from the menu and then select Order Statement.  Please note this does not change your statement frequency or normal statement date.
