A foreign currency conversion fee applies when a foreign currency purchase is made. The foreign currency conversion fee is calculated as 3% of the total transaction amount. For more information about fees relevant to your account, please refer to the relevant product schedule.

Yes. To be eligible for an entry into the prize draw, you must spend AUD $500 (not including fees). For every additional AUD $500 you spend, you will receive an additional entry into the prize draw.

Yes. Registering your details in the form entitles you to reimbursement of any foreign currency conversion fees incurred from the date of registration until the end of the promotion period. You will not receive an entry into the prize draw unless you spend $500 in foreign currency purchases.

You only have to register for the promotion once. Entries will be automatically allocated for every AUD $500 spent throughout the promotion period.

Yes. Any transaction that incurs a foreign currency conversion fee is eligible for the promotion.

No. Once registered for the promotion, you can continue to make foreign currency purchases for lower amounts, and once the total reaches $500 you will automatically receive an entry into the prize draw. For every additional AUD $500 you spend, you will receive an additional entry into the prize draw.

Foreign currency conversion fees charged after registration for the promotion will be reimbursed by 31/11/2024 (account must be open at the time of reimbursement).

There is no value limit to the amount of foreign currency conversion fees eligible for reimbursement throughout the promotion period.
