About the report
The Workplace Gender Equality Agency is an Australian Government statutory agency created by the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012, which requires organisations who employ more than 100 employees to submit a report to them each year.
The report includes a workplace profile of the number of male and female employees within the organisation broken down into manager and non-manager positions, as well as a questionnaire in relation to the policies and strategies we have in place to address gender equality across a number of different areas within the organisation.
