Australia’s Home Lender of the Year announced

For the second time, Newcastle Permanent has been named the Home Lender of the Year by the experts at Mozo. The Mozo Expert’s Choice Awards are an initiative that recognises Australia’s best products and helps Australians to save money and choose better products. Awards are given to those products that represent the best value in their category. 

In an independent analysis for its Mozo Expert’s Choice Home Loan Awards, experts from the financial comparison site reviewed the market to determine the best value home loans across all the main categories including variable, fixed, packaged, first home buyer, and investor home loans. In 2018 Newcastle Permanent has again been named Australia’s Home Lender of the Year.

Newcastle Permanent CEO Terry Millett said this achievement was simply more proof that Newcastle Permanent home loans were the most competitive in the market, having also been recognised by Canstar as a five-star Outstanding Value Home Lender and by Money magazine as its current Building Society of the Year.

This year the Mozo Expert’s Choice team analysed 525 home loans issued by 88 Australian lenders.
