In response to member feedback we are pleased to announce an update for our Android Mobile Banking App (Version 1.3). Enhancements include:

  • Extra features on home page - To help us to improve our App, members can provide feedback using the ‘Rate Our App’ link on the homepage menu.
  • Saving Member Number - When you log on to Personal and Business banking via our Android App you can select a tick box “Save Member Number.” This will save your member number so next time you go to use the App, you only have to enter your Access code.
  • New ATM or Branch Locator feature - With our Android App we have ensured that the nearest location can always be accessed wherever you are in Australia, for example if you are in WA only Westpac ATMs / Branches will be shown on the locate us map.
  • When you select only NPBS ATMs or Branches the map zooms out and pin points all NPBS ATMs and Branches.

  

How to access the App update:

  • To access this new version of the Mobile Banking App you must download it from the Google Play Store.
  • Members who are currently using the mobile app will be prompted to download the new version.
  • Version 1.3 is compatible with mobile devices running Android version 4.0 up to 4.4.2.
