We can arrange cover for loss or damage to your home, contents or both resulting from storm, rain and flood*. The policy also includes coverage for a range of events caused by water, including:
- flooding of any canal, dam, reservoir or stormwater channel
- burst water mains or pipes
- rainwater run-off and guttering overflow
- water escaping from your washing machine, dishwasher, toilet, shower and bath
*Note: flood cover does not include loss or damage caused by highwater, actions of the sea, tidal waves or water entering your home due to structural defects, alterations, additions, renovations or repairs.
