Our Awards

Building Society of the Year 2008
We're pleased to announce that we have just been named Building Society of the Year again, in Money Magazine's Consumer Finance Awards for 2008.
Each year, the awards are determined on the basis of information provided by CANNEX, a national independent financial products and services analyst. Australian financial institutions are assessed on their range of products and services, with the best option for consumers determined across three categories – Banks, Building Societies and Credit Unions.
This year is the second consecutive year we have been named Building Society of the Year. We're proud that this great performance on the national stage is a direct result of our commitment to enhancing the lives of our members and the regional communities we live and work in.

Smart Investor magazine's Building Society of the Year 2008
We are also pleased to announce that we have just been named Smart Investor magazine's Building Society of the Year for 2008.
The Australian Financial Review – Smart Investor Blue Ribbon Awards have been conducted for the last eight years. The integrity of these peer judged awards is enhanced by the involvement of Infochoice, Morningstar & Rice Warner in the decision making process.
This award complements also being named Building Society of the Year through Money Magazine's Consumer Finance Awards for the second time this year.
