Cash Passport

A safe and convenient way to access cash overseas. The Cash Passport card is quite simply a cash card, which you pre-load with funds before you travel. It enables you to obtain local currency from over one million VISA and PLUS ATMs around the world. It is a safer and more convenient way to access cash overseas.

Convenience

A Cash Passport offers all the convenience of plastic cards with the security of travellers cheques. Cards can be purchased in any amount from $250 to $25,000 and give you 24 hour access to your funds with no daily withdrawal limits. You do not have to be over 18 and extra funds can be added as required. If you wish to lock in an exchange rate before you travel, cards can be purchased in US Dollars, British Pounds and Euros as well as Australian Dollars. A cardholder website is available to provide card balances, transaction histories, change PINs and provide ATM locations.

Security

No value is kept on the card so if a card is lost or stolen, no one can access your money provided the PIN remains a secret. For added convenience, you will receive a second card free of charge. Support is available at any time.

Easy to budget

Unlike credit or debit cards, you cannot overspend with a Cash Passport. The amount of each withdrawal is deducted instantly from the card balance.

Reloadable

You can keep your card for your next trip by simply loading more funds onto it. There is no limit to the number of reloads you can make, however cards expire 3 years after activation. If you do require a refund of the balance, you can go to an ATM or return to any branch.
