Two-day camp tests Maths Competition champions.

Tuesday 15 March, 2016.

Myuna Bay Sport and Recreation Centre hosted the top 100 year 5 students of our 2015 Primary Mathematics Competition for a weekend of the great outdoors and enlightening maths activities.

Challenging workshops involving geometry, broken numbers and triangular numbers tested the students’ knowledge in a fun, challenging environment.

It wasn’t all work for the children who also got to make use of the adventure activities the camp has to offer including mini golf, swimming, low ropes course and hiking.

The 2016 Primary Mathematics Competition will take place later this year in August; entries close on Friday 13 May 2016
