You can now receive your statements by email
If the option of having less paper in your mailbox is appealing, Newcastle Permanent can help. Receiving your statement by email is convenient and a great way to help the environment. Opting to receive your statement by email is also faster than a traditional paper statement as there is no postage required. You can store your statements electronically on your PC for later use.
How do I start receiving eStatements?
Simply call our Member Support Centre on 13 19 87 or visit one of our branches and provide us with your email address.
How do I read my eStatement?
Your eStatement will be sent as a PDF, which you can open by double clicking on the attachment.
You will need Adobe Acrobat to view or print the statement.
To open PDF files, you will require Adobe Acrobat Reader. Download it for free from the
Adobe website*.
