You can now receive your statements by email and through Internet Banking
If the option of having less paper in your mailbox is appealing, Newcastle Permanent can help. Receiving your statement by email is convenient and a great way to help the environment. Opting to receive your statement by email is also faster than a traditional paper statement as there is no postage required.
Alternatively, if you have Internet Banking you can now access them online. Simply save your statements electronically on your PC for later use.
How do I start receiving statements by email?
Simply call our Member Support Centre on 13 19 87 or visit one of our branches and provide us with your email address.
How do I access eStatements on Internet Banking?
To register for Internet banking, simply phone our Member Support Centre on 13 19 87 or download the Internet and Phone Banking Application form and take it to any of our branches. You can view your current and past statements for up to 18 months ago, on statement based accounts registered with Internet Banking. Look for your new statement under eStatements in the menu.
How do I read my eStatement?
Your eStatement will be sent as a PDF, which you can open by double clicking on the attachment.
You will need Adobe Acrobat to view or print the statement.
To open PDF files, you will require Adobe
® Reader
®. You can download the latest version from the
Adobe website*.
