Home Loan Redraw
Download a redraw application form to apply to redraw repayments you have made in advance of your required loan repayments.
You can use this money for any purpose you like, be it a well earned holiday or renovations to your home. There is no minimum redraw amount and you can draw on all the additional repayments made on your loan*.
If you are eligible to redraw your additional repayments, a $35 redraw fee will apply.
To find out how much you have available to redraw simply use the advance figure when you log onto internet banking, or call us on 13 19 87.
How to redraw:
- Download the redraw application form (125 kb PDF)
- Complete and sign the form
- Return the form to your local Newcastle Permanent branch.
Home Loans eligible for Redraw*:

Adobe website.
*No redraws available on Fixed Rate home loans. To access these funds, you must have made additional repayments on your home loan.
