Home Loan Redraw

Home Loan redraw is available to eligible variable rate home loans^*. You can use this money for any purpose you like, be it a well earned holiday or renovations to your home. There is no minimum redraw amount and you can draw on all the loan repayments paid in advance of your contractual obligations minus the applicable redraw fee amount.

If you are eligible to redraw your advance repayments, a $10 redraw fee for online redraws or a $35 redraw fee will apply at a branch.

To find out how much you have available to redraw simply use the advance figure in the 'Account Details' section of Internet Banking, or call us on 13 19 87.

How to set up online redraw access:

1. View the redraw demonstration on setting up and making an online redraw.
2. Download the Redraw Authority form.  
3. Complete the form. Please note, all borrowers and guarantors will need to sign.
4. Return the form to your local Newcastle Permanent branch or fax it to our Member Support Centre on (02) 4927 4475.
5. Once approved, you will be given online redraw access to your loan.

How to a redraw at a branch:

1. Download the Redraw Authority form.
2. Complete the form. Please note, all borrowers and guarantors will need to sign.
3. Return the form to your local Newcastle Permanent branch. 
4. Once approved, you will be given online redraw access to your loan.
