How to apply for a Value+ Credit Card
Who can apply?
To be eligible to apply you will need to:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Earn at least $15,000 p.a
- Be a permanent Australian resident
If you are self employed or a pensioner, you can apply by printing and completing an application form below.
What information will I need to provide?
To complete your application you will need to provide the following information:
- Your Australian Drivers licence (if applicable)
- Employment Details
- Details of your income, assets and liabilities
- Information about any additional card holders (if applicable)
How long will my application take?
The online application should only take 10 -15 minutes to complete. We will then process your application within 5 business days and let you know the outcome in writing within 10 business days.
To assist with processing your application, please provide your most recent payslip. If self-employed please provide your last 2 years financial statements plus your last 2 years personal tax returns.
Printed application forms
If you decide to print and complete one of the forms below, you will need to return it to us at any of our branches, or by mail to Newcastle Permanent Card Capture Department, Reply Paid 5001, HRMC NSW 2310.
Identification
You may be asked to provide identification. You can do this by visiting:
- any of our branches - please refer to our information regarding the ID check
- any Australia Post office - please print the identification form and provide the acceptable identification documents
