My accounts is the screen you will see when you successfully logon to Internet Banking.

My accounts

Displays your account information and also contains links to other functions.

Inbox

Alerts you of any new mail items from Newcastle Permanent, any unpaid BPAY View™ bills you have received, and whether you have any payments that require your authorisation.

Payments due

Lists pending payments ready for processing on the nominated payment date.

Summary account information

Displays a summary account and balances.

Accounts

Displays account and name, balance and available balance.

Actions

You can choose one of these tabs to perform an action on a specific account;

Or, use the top tabs to perform another Internet banking activity e.g. Payment, BPAY®, Batches etc.

Payments

Displays a summary of pending third party payments and payees. You can make a payment to a third party account, held at Newcastle Permanent or any other financial institution within Australia.

Click the 'BPAY View' tab to view pending BPAY® electronic bills due, view and set up registration to BPAY View™.

A list of all electronic bills received once you have registered for BPAY View™.

Biller list

Status of your BPAY View™ biller list. Some billers are unavailable on BPAY View™, or you have not registered or are pending registration.

Batches

Batches provide an efficient method of processing multiple payments at once. For instance, you could use a batch to pay weekly wages, suppliers or creditors.

Click the 'Batches' tab to view pending Batch payments paying multiple payees at the same time. Or create new batches payments or templates.

A summary list of batches ready for processing or completed batches.

Biller templates

Create new or use an existing template to make a batch payment to multiple payees at the same time. Such as your payroll.

Mail

You can send and receive secure messages from Newcastle Permanent. This is a direct emailing system, ensuring all correspondence is secure.

Displays a summary of sent and received mail items.

Send a secure message to Newcastle Permanent.
