Welcome to the Help site for the Newcastle Permanent's Internet Banking service.

Select from the list below to view the help topics for that section of Internet Banking. You can also access each of these sections from the left hand side menu at any time while you are in the help site:

  • How to Log on to Internet Banking.
  • Internet Banking Home is your starting point once you log on. This screen will provide you with a quick glance at your accounts and balances.
  • Account Details will show you your account balance and enable you to perform Transaction Searches.
  • Transfers & BPAY® is where you can transfer money between your accounts, to other financial institution accounts or pay a bill using BPAY®.
  • Batch Payments (Business Internet Banking Members) is where you can pay multiple accounts at one time, such as a Payroll.
  • Messages is where you can send and receive secure messages to and from Newcastle Permanent.
  • eStatements is where you can view your current and past statements (up to 18 months ago) for your statement based accounts.
  • SMS is a service that allows you to obtain account balances, Payment Alerts and other information using your mobile phone.
  • Other Services is where you would change your Access Code, update your personal information and more.
  • Apply or Enquire Online allows you to apply or enquire for other products and services.
  • Log off is located on the top right hand corner of each page within Internet Banking.
