How is the scramble pad more secure?
The numeric scramble pad is mouse driven and must be used to enter the Access Code. This ensures that the member’s Access Code is disguised as it is being entered.
The random sequence of the numbers within the scramble pad also increases your security.
The numeric scramble pad offers increased protection in the event the security of a member’s PC has been compromised. It is primarily designed to protect against ‘trojan’ computer viruses that record keystrokes as a means of stealing Access Codes or passwords.
