Do I need special software for the website?

No, there is no extra software required because Internet banking works directly from your Internet browser. However, to meet our security standards your browser software must support 128-bit SSL encryption. Our recommended browsers are listed below.

While several operating system/browser combinations have been tried with some success, the following are the only versions that we recommend^#:

PC:

• Internet Explorer^® 7.0 and 8.0
• Firefox^® 3.6
• Safari^TM 3.2 and 4.0 

MAC:

• Safari^TM 3.2 and 4.0 
• Firefox^® 3.6

How to check your version of Internet Explorer?

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Go to the Help pull down menu.
3. Select About Internet Explorer.
4. Details about your version are listed under the Microsoft logo.
