How do I activate my Value+ and Business+ Credit Card?
Visit your local Newcastle Permanent Building Society branch or contact our Member Support Centre on 13 19 87 .

What is my daily withdrawal limit on my Cashcard/Visa Debit? 
Our default is set at the following limits.
$1000.00 through an ATM, and 
$1000.00 over the counter at any of our branches, and 
$1000.00 EFTPOS, subject to floor limit of store of use.
24/48 hours notice to order larger withdrawals at branches.

Can I use my card interstate?
Yes you can use your Cashcard and Visa Cards interstate.

Can I use my cards overseas?
You can use your Visa debit, or Value+ credit card overseas for purchases, and at ATMs for cash withdrawals. There are fees applicable for using your card overseas, you should check your account terms and conditions for details.
