Features:
- Lending up to 50% of the agreed value of the practice, secured against the practice. For larger practices up to 60%
- Maximum loan amount against the practice goodwill $1,000,000
- Minimum average adjusted billings per partner p.a. $300,000
- Minimum number of partners 2
- Any partners advance will be reduced from the amount available to the practice
