Business Term Loan

Our Business Term Loan is available for business purposes, other than residential property, where the borrower is providing security on the loan.

Flexible repayment terms are available to link the term of the loan with the life of the asset being funded, up to a maximum of 20 years.

The interest rate is calculated from a base rate plus a risk margin.
